No Better Place To Be

This was Monday. Thanks to amazing friends, Jessica borrows and IPad to entertain her while she spends days on end in bed. As you can see, she has plenty of company, but we need a bigger bed.

We were scheduled today (Tuesday) to check in to our lovely suite at the hospital, but while we were at our surgeon's office to remove her stitches from her surgeries, they called and said the lab results still aren't in. We have been bumped tentatively to Thursday to start chemo treatments. Jessica is back home once again for a little rest until the next round of fun starts.

Thank you so much to everyone who continues to serve and help. People are amazing and human kindness is alive and well. As far as our families needs go right now, we seem to be doing okay.
We've had friends cleaning and bringing things over all week. We are so appreciative and grateful for you all. Your thoughts and prayers are sustaining and your visits and phone calls uplifting.
We love you all so much.
